POLITICS! TAXES! This State needs to lower taxes. How does Niagara Falls electricity cost more for the local residents than in NYC?

Lower the taxes and you encourage entrepreneurail growth. Higher growth means more residents and employees...which means you have a larger tax base (i.e. more people, more employers, and more infrastructure to tax....and more activity to tax)

Double edged sword. Lower taxes=reduced services, inhibiting new residents who patronize the businesses. It's not that simple.
