Desperados and EBC

There is nothing better than the combination of brew and barbecue and the best place with the best combination is Desperados in the village of Angola, NY. Shelly and Bill have been serving up the best barbecue for awhile now. Just in the past year thogh they have added Ellicottville Brewing Co. to the Beer menu. On tap are the IPA, Brow, and Blueberry.

Recently, Shelly has been asking for another great tasting beer and she wants suggestions. Anyone out there with some ideas?? Let me know. It doesn't have to be from EBC.

Get something local or at least NYS. Lake Placid makes some good beers. Saranac is always a good bet, particularly their Pale Ale with is friendly even for non-beer lovers. Southern Tier is another one.

If going outside the state for a pick, nothing Sierra Nevada makes is bad!!!

Sam Adam's Boston Lager?

I hang out in Ellicottville from time to time and EBC has some great food themselves. Speaking of BBQ they have some kind of ridiculous Fry pile with pulled pork and what not that is great. Plus you get to sit right where they make the beer.
