Becoming a Real Estate Agent

Got any real estate agents/brokers here?

Would like to hear what you had to do in your State to get licensed and how hard you felt it was.

I'm from Southern California and I took the real estate test about three years ago when the market was hot and it was fairly easy to get the license. All I had to do was pay the test fee and take the test. I did pay for a real estate class which helped out a lot. I didn't persue the real estate thing instead I got into cleaning windows.
