Chase jails customer

I only opened an account with Wells Fargo so I could get the free horse stuffed animal for a friend who wanted it but already had an account with them. Thats how stingy they are, they wouldnt give a pre-existing customer a damned stuffed animal. Pathetic.

They said I owed them an over draft fee, and I did, and I paid it... 4 times now...
and they still say I haven't paid it. How the hell dumb are they.

Someone called me last week and I thought it was this online college that has been harassing me endlessly.

So as soon as I picked up I said "LOOK! Whatever list I am on, take me off. I don't want or need to go to your college. I have a degree! LOSE MY NUMBER!"
and this very shy timid voice came over "Ma'am, I am not with any college..."
I Said "OH! My bad, man. What's up?" and he continued with "I am with XX Collection Agency and-"
