Canadian Military in Libya

The Libyan need to be more organize.

That would be nice but we don't have time to train an army. The Libyans need an OAS or NATO buffer until they can figure out how to fight. I understand their fears after Italian occupation but civilians in pickups is not an effective fighting force.

I agree.
I was not suggesting that we train them.
They need leadership to achieve what they start.

Have you noticed the killings in Cairo? We may be replacing the old despots with religious fruitcakes in Africa.
