Is there an "active surplus" in Vancouver?

In Toronto there's Active Surplus for all your random discount electronic component needs, is there anything like that in Vancouver?

I honestly just want to buy some LED's and a couple other supplies and could probably get this stuff anywhere but I like the packed dusty aisles for discount surplus stores better than clean hospital aisles in department style stores.

Check out Main Electronics, or Lee's Electronics. Both Located on the same block, Main and 28th in Vancouver. Not a "discount" store, but dusty and small.
