Vancouver is nice, you can drive an hour and a half (or less) in any direction and be in the middle of nowhere. Lots of outdoor activities to do any time of year, and the fishing is world class!

I struggle to think of something that makes it great here. But nothing comes to mind.

After reading that I Googled images of Kamloops, and to me it looks like a pretty nice place to live.
What do you like best about your city?-kamloops.jpg

Its not the worst place in the world, but its not great.
The mayor and council and anti-business, unless it is a pal of theirs.
The cops and bylaw idiots are corrupt.
Its dusty and dirty, and the roads are in poor shape at best.
We used to be allowed to have some fun here, but its quickly ending.
I plan to move this summer, tired of the BS in this town.

The stuff that drew me here to live, and I used to enjoy has mostly been taken away from us.

It's like that most everwhere.
At least you have a tribute statue to the great salmon

Like---> The summers are great , enough snow in the winter to snowmobile

What I hate--->The bugs, extreme cold snaps and location (7 hr drive to the closest big City (civilization))
