What areas of Charleston, including the different islands/beach areas, are nice places to live? Also, what areas have somewhat new townhomes in the low 100's? Thanks!
East Cooper, James Island, and West Ashley all have nice areas. I don't think you will find any Townhomes in the low 100's in Charleston County. I think you will need to hit at least the 170's, though I haven't studied the market lately.
