best pork carnitas in CLT
goto Las Margaritas on Independence bv. the lunch time special is 5.75 and they are the best port carnitas I've ever had. only thing i do is sub black beans instead of refried. and oh yeah, go hungry, the portions are huge (enough to share 1 lunch). family owned, great wait staff, homemade corn tortilla's. enuff said.
