The best thin crust pizza in all of Chicagoland has to be Dondi's Pizza in Arlington Heights. It is a tiny little place but I guarantee you it has the best taste out of any thin crust pizza you will ever find. Make sure to check it out!

Deep dish is Nancy's hands down. But I dont think all Nancy's has the same recipe. The one I had downtown wasnt all that. Maybe they were having an off-day.
Thin crust, believe it or not, I had a thin crust pizza from the Dirty Sock which is a little bar in the Southwest suburbs. Cheap too. It was friggin amazing.

The Art of Pizza is the best IMO. Giordano's is always good for consistency if you can't make it out to Art though.

I like Malnatis. Thin crust I usually go to Piece Brewery and Pizza. Great brews and huge pizza. Pretty cheap too!

Gino's East.. the buttery crust is the best.. then of course comes the slab of sausage as big as your head.

I wasn't impressed with Minalti's. I prefer Giordanos. Uno's is fun too if you go to the orriginal one downtown.
