I looked up the three houses in Sayler Park that the city of Cincinnati would like to demolish. Yes, they are more than 100 years old, but that doesn't make them historical. And I suspect that the cost of renovating the houses and updating them is way more than the value of the house and land combined. There are other websites where the writers are waxing poetic about saving all these old houses, but I think they are dreaming.
