I was very disappointed in the Reds performance during the playoffs, but I was happy with the season. I guess sometimes you have to crawl before you can walk.
I don't think anybody could've guessed they would have this kind of season. I too was disappointed by the middle of the order and our defense stopped playing like All Stars too. All in all I'm still a huge fan and always will be.
I was fortunate enough to buy a Budweiser salutes Cincinnati Reds World Champions mirror and it is proudly displayed in our TV room. I also have the seats my wife and I were engaged in on July 4th, 1998 sitting on our back porch. I have a Reds tattoo representing that date as well.
they need to not have a white flag sale and keep the team together and resign the few that are nearing the end of the contracts and make votto a franchise player like barry larkin
Anyone think the Reds could make a big push to go after Justin Upton... all the rumors swiring about him available to be traded and the GM of Arizona saying it will take several excellent prospects and some good level pitching sounds exactly like what the Reds have to spare... thoughts?
