toll for brent spence bridge

I am glad that the decision has been made to make the current Brent Spence Bridge a toll bridge. There is no other way to pay for building the replacement bridge. There is no additional money from the federal government, the state governments of Kentucky and Ohio, or the local city governments, to possibly pay for building the bridge. If we keep waiting for the money to be available, we will be waiting until the year 2100, and by that time the old Brent Spence Bridge will have long since fallen into the Ohio River.
