I believe he has a right to do what he want's for a job because its his job. Nobody should let other people tell them what to do with their careers. I don't like how he handled it with his stupid 1 hour TV show.
Agree with everyone... it was his decision to make, but he handled it soooo poorly & lost many, many fans because of the way he announced his decision.
He didn't bring us a ring- bottom line.
He handled the situation very poorly, and he does have the right to work wherever he wants. However, Cleveland and the downtown area economy were driven by him. He was a big draw for the city and I think he abandoned the city that gave him his shot and treated him like the king. I know D-Wade is not going to share his piece of the pie there in Miami. I hope they lose miserably!!
He definitely lost this fan. I honestly respected the man, and thought he had a very level head for being so young and being so masterful at his sport.
However, that whole ordeal just showed his immaturity.

I get wanting to advance ones career, but the way he left and the whole dog and pony show that when on surrounding it was real joke. Lebron could have won his ring here in Cleveland. I think he owed more the town that made him then he gave back to us.
Thank God he left! I doubt he will ever be the celebrity anywhere else that he was here! One thing about Ohio is that the sports fans are real, dedicated to the teams, and players.... But hey, Good Luck to him, and Good Riddance!
