does anyone here have a sandblaster?

i have stacks on my diesel truck that are chrome. we tried prepping them the best we could, then shot them with hi-temp black grill paint, but it keeps flaking off. so i am looking for someone to blast the stacks, so when i get back from deployment in a few weeks, i can paint them properly, so it sticks. can anyone help me out here?

On such a relatively small surface you could just use a sander to rough up the surface. I think you may need a high temp primer as your base coat.
