It's not a brewery, but if you're around Dillon you can go to the Dillon Dam Brewery.

There is a new one (actually almost two) in Fort Collins, The FunkWerks (Welcome to the Funkwerks.) that as the name implies, brews saison beers.

There is also a brewery map that I've seen at homebrew stores that is cool and helpful.

OOH! Trinity Bewing in the springs - yummy funky groovy beer to be had there.

Cool, I'll defaintly be hitting up funkwerks next time we visit the FIL. SWMBO will be so happy to hear there is a new brewery we haven't visited there yet

Dry Dock Brewing Dry Dock Brewing, Co. > Home is a brewpub with good beer, and a great Homebrew Store attached to it. If you lived there, it could be really dangerous to have that selection around after have 3-4 pints

glenwood brewery has pretty good beer and food
