Who has climbed in the Ice-park or in the san juan's?
went out last January for a week for the annual festival and some climbing. great little town, pretty awesome Ice-Park
anyone ever been there?

I've never climbed it, but I've been and it looks fun to climb. I just go up there for the jeep trails though.

Yes, been there but only for the Jeepin'. It is beautiful though with it being surrounded by mountains.

I've only driven through there in the summer.
I am planning on bringing the Jeep out this winter, although I doubt we will do any wheeling with a couple of feet of snow on the ground.
probably going to be there the first week or 2 of january. since the Ice-fest is JAN 6-9 which is always fun.
planning on doing a lot more climbing in the mountains above the town. there are some world famous routes there.

Never Climbed there but went to see Box Canyon Falls. This is definitely worth the visit.

heading out tomorrow leaving SD tonite to pasadena, marathon 15 hrs in the XJ. going to be a sweet week of climbing.
the festival is friday-sunday
