We've been getting Vazzy's(Monroe) delivered lately and have been very happy!

If I had my d'ruthers - I'd be dining exclusively on Colony or Pepe's.

Holy crap! Someone else who knows that place! It really is quite excellent. I grew up in Winsted, and that is the only pizza I truly like in that town. ABC and Kent just can't compare.

Another fine establishment is People's Choice on Rt. 4 in Unionville. Their sausage pizza is delicious!

There's a small place in Hamden that opened recently called Cappie's Apizza. Phenomenal stuff. Apparently it's a family business that's been going on for 3 generations now. It's right across the street from the old town hall at the intersection of Whitney and Dixwell

If you like to eat cardboard, try Colony (no offense). It is the thinnest pizza and normally a little burnt. Not a fan of this at all.

My favorite is Pappa's in Stamford, but to be honest, I find it tought to find good pizza in CT.

Pepe's in New Haven. They just opened one at Mohegan Sun as well, not quite the same but still verygood. Plum tomato is good, Colchester but their other locations not so much.
Waterford area:
Italian thin crust style would have to be Recovery Room in New London or Two Wives in NL. Illianos is pretty good.
Greek thicker crust style i would suggest Mr. G's in NL or Midway in Groton also The Pizza Lady in Pawcatuck used to be a staple of mine, really good sausage.
Reminder to self, time for a trek to the other side of the state for pie
