This is a store i frequent for most of my grocery needs. They sell nearly all organic produce, and when it's not organic it's usually local (which is important to some people). The prices are fair and if you find that Whole Foods is far away, and youre in this area, it's definitely worth checking out. I also like that they carry many products from the area (dairy, eggs, produce, meats, breads and more). They also publish a monthly specials ad on their website
