What to do during the week at night?

I am down visiting my mom in Corpus Thanksgiving week. Luckily that means I've actually got a babysitter during the week too!

What are suggestions for things to do out here during the week with the wife? Completely struck out last night at about 9PM and nothing much seemed to be open.

Landry's restaurant on the Peoples Street T-head is nice. There's a dinner cruise off the same pier as well, but I've never taken it. Water Street Oyster bar is good too.
