XM Radio in Dallas

Anyone else have problems with XM in the North Garland / Rowlett area? Mine used to work fine, but lately it'll die under an overpass. XM claims all the towers are functioning, but it happens with the radio I installed in my Jeep, and the factory installed radio in my wifes car.

I use mine all the time. Occassional drops for a second or two, but they're rare. Might be your antenna???

I thought that too, but it's happening in both vehicles and never used to happen. Only in the North Garland area. Overpasses and stuff don't affect it at all in Plano.

DFW518A 32 44 23.9 N 97 06 41.8 W 90 210 3988 300
(from the FCC filing).

There is no tower in east DFW. The closest is in Plano, TX.

Here are the towers on a map, in case you are not familiar with Longitude/Latitude.

Sorry for the late reply, but thanks for that map. Totally cool to see where the towers are. Doesn't explain the funky dropouts around here though.
