I grew up in southern DE, and the air quality is really great. I went to college in Newark, and driving down to see my parents in Milford you could really taste the difference in the air quality.

And it's not that there's no taxes, it's that there's no sales tax - but I figured that's what you meant.

Delaware does not offer anything! You will not like it! Please stay in Jersey.

Delaware is closed until further notice, kindly spread the word to your fellow Jerseans.

Thank you for your cooperation.

You appear to have a sense of humor, you would probably be welcome in Delaware!

Florida is nicer-in the winter, have you ever been to Florida in the summer? It can be as hot at 6:00 AM in Florida as it is in this region at noon.

I've been in Florida in August a couple times and February. I must have an iron deficiency because in 90 degree weather....I don't complain it's hot. Thats why winter time in Jersey or even Delaware is not suite for me.

If you are looking for milder weather you might want to look at the Carolinas. North or South they both have a lot to offer.

It still gets into the low 50s/high 40s in the winter...not much better than here.

Best part is that your close to Philly, Baltimore and DC but far enought away to miss the hussle of the city. Moving from Montana it a good change from driving for hours just to get someplace. You can still find yourself a nice private home with a country view at a resonable price.
