High Grade road from Ken Caryl to Conifer is a great scenic canyon drive.

I like the Cripple Creek area for fall colors (aspens). Last year it was wonderful, but I didn't make it out there this year.

Hwy 67 from Salida thru Deckers to Woodland Park is a good day-trip.

Another good paved road trip is up the Poudre Canyon from Ft Collins up to Walden, then over to Steamboat. You can come back to Silverthorne, and back to Denver, or take the back way down to Wolcott. Very nice trip!

I hear Guanella pass is a great drive and any vehicle can do it. I haven't done it myself yet but I plan on it when it reopens.
