I just relocated from California to Denver. You wont regret it, I love it so much! Except the traffic can be worse than Cali sometimes >.<

No Charger fans are allowed to live within the Denver city limits. Therefore, places like Washington Park, Congress Park, Denver Country Club, etc., are Off-Limits! Better look at Highlands Ranch out in Douglas County. That is where the highest concentration of ex-Californians live. You can also remain a Charger fan out there. The environment out thre is like So Cal without the beaches and palm trees.

not sure why everyone seems to be such an @zz, but good luck on your move- bonnie brae is nice, but expensive and a lot of mcmansions popping up lately... truth is there just isn't a lot of great historic houses like you speak of in the denver area... some mid century houses if your into that style, but mostly crap architecturally speaking-

I lived in Capitol Hill and now live in Whittier/ Five Points. There are no real bars in walking distance from our place but downtown is only an 8 min ride on the light rail
