There are no legal places near FT Bragg to go wheel. The
outbackatvonline.com is a private park about 35 minuet drive from Raeford. They have a mud pit and last summer they said they will be adding OHV trails not sure if they have or not yet. The flats are about the same distance down 95 but it private for there club and only open to the public on certain days. There is one more club the name escapes me that has a private play ground dixie boggers maybe. Good luck you can always go fishing at mott lake and have some fun getting to your favorite fishing spot.
