Two or More Jobs

I read a report that says second jobs are on the rise, we have a pretty diverse demographic here, does anyone work more than one job?

If you do are they related?

Yes and no. Both my wife and I have two jobs, none related.

She works in special Ed at a local school, and works at a quilt shop.

I'm in commercial real estate management, and have a sign/engraving business.

I usually average 50-70 hours a week between 1 or 2 jobs.

I can honestly say I've never held two jobs at once, even when I was a kid.
Looking back, that could explain the sorry state of my bank account.

A few years back, I worked as a cop with 3 days off. One of those off days was spent training new dope dogs. On another day off, I was an equine vet tech, and the last of my days off, I was a handyman. That was the definition of burning the candle at both ends.

Used to be one job would pay the bills
I miss the good old days when my wife could have supported me.
