Fall is coming you fashion mavens

I will probably wear the same thing I did last year (and the year before that...) when the weather starts turning cool.

What do you ladies and gents wear when the weather is around 40-50 degrees?

i love good wool sweaters... and tall high-heel boots... yeah, that's it.
in between the two it's usually either jeans of above-the-knee skirt.

I like Woolrich sweaters myself. I have a few and haven't managed to wear them out yet.

Sadly, I do not have a separate set of spring/summer and fall/winter underwear.

Nothing like them. A good wool sweater used as a layer will keep you toasty. Also Pendleton wool shirts.

I don't turn the heat on till I have to and that's less than a week a year so far. For hanging out at home it's long sleeve thermal undies, jeans, light long sleeve shirt, wool sweater and a heavy shirt if it's really cold. For outside I wear a 3/4 length Triple Fat Goose coat or a rain jacket.

This year I've added a bib overall pair of ski pants for the two weeks of winter it's actually chilly. I found my blue footed boobie footwear brand new in a thrift store. toasty

I've got a pair of down filled booties like that kicking around here somewhere. Mine are a manly navy blue .

I used to wear them to sleep while winter camping and they worked like a charm.

I have suede slippers big enough for two heavy pairs of socks or the booties. It's the oddest outfit for carpentry but it works.

We will need coats soon.

In October and November weather I like my heavy canvas field jacket with the button in wool lining over some polar fleece with Levis and some Kodiak Blues.

I have no pictures and this is the only Googled one I found of my jacket.
