Applenut Cranberry Delight
2 large apples thinly sliced
1 large squash, peeled and cubed
1 cup fresh/frozen cranberries
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 cup brown sugar
half stick of butter
1 Tbsp flour
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 350?F. Slice and peel squash and apples.
Place squash in ungreased 9x13-inch baking pan. Add apples, cranberries and pecans. Mix salt, flour, sugar, and nutmeg and sprinkle on top. Dot with butter. Bake for 1 hour.
