BBQ or Grilling?

Which do you do and what is your weapon of choice?

I grill currently, but my Pop told me I could have his huge smoker he doesn't use anymore, so next time I'm his direction and I have pickup I'm going to get it.

I too grill currently. It's much faster and while I agree it tastes better on a traditional BBQ... I'm an impatient guy. However... The wife and I have been talking about getting a smoker recently... I would LOVE to smoke some fish!

I have a friend who smokes his own salmon. He went to Alaska when we were teenagers and came back with a taste for it.

I'm looking forward to starting cooking in the morning and having it done by night fall.

I prefer to BBQ or use my smoker. I love my 19 inch Webber

We used to BBQ goat in a pit. That was great but I don't remember how to do it. I just grill now or cook out in the yard over open mesquite fire. (I live on the otherside of rural)

I have a friend who tells a story of pit roasting goats, but I never saw it.

Still, I would like to try that or a hog, or a side of beef.
