Kinda funny, I spent years drinking Bud Light, lot and lots of Bud Light.. and then some more Bud Light like a white trash hillbilly..

I woke up one morning and said to my self,

Self, no more Bud Light..

And I went maybe a year with no booze at all..

I now drink an occasional Molson Canadian and/or Blue Moon, really like the Blue Moon Summer Honey or what ever they call it.. but I find myself not being interested in those anymore either.. so I guess I need start trying some new stuff..

Hurricane High Gravity if I wanna get drunk, Budweiser if I'm out at a bar or something, but I drink just about anything that isn't light or wheat. Love fall for the various pumpkin ales the local bars pick up, big fan of sam adams octoberfest and winter ales as well.

I ask because I have never really had a beer that I really like. I like Yuengling more than most.

My two go to beers are

Shiner Bock. Shiner.com
and
Sierra Nevada Summerfest. Sierra Nevada Summerfest

Shine is a darker but a smooth beer that is easy on the pallet and goes good with chili and steak.

Summerfest is for when I want a light beer with more taste and bite than that sissy pee water stuff from the big breweries.

Next in line would be Killian's Irish Red. This is a unique beer in flavor and bite. I think it is a good starter beer for someone wanting to get into different beers. George Killian's Irish Red

If you want something that is a little different than beer. I go here...

Woodchuck Hard Cider WOOT WOOT.... I have had all of the core ciders and I prefer the original and 802. http://www.woodchuck.com/cider/
