Low and slow in the smoker with maple or apple for 11 hours then finish with cherry for the last hour or so. then Dinosaur junior BBQ sauce to finish.

Oh an beer, you must drink 1 beer an hour as a minimum.

I love it, ate the last of it last night.

I add orzo when I reheat for what I call Cowboy orzo.

Cowboy in this case just means BBQ sauce.

I love the stuff.

My quick method for pulled pork, start with a couple of pork tenderloins simmer in a big pot of water for a couple of hours or until they fall apart, at that time drain off the water and with 2 forks shred the meat, add a dash of liquid smoke and a cup or two of your favorite BBQ sauce,i like Bullseye or Sweet Baby Rays.
Put on burger buns or roll up in tacos accompany with some Mexican beer.
