Pineapple Sheet Cake
Super speedy to make, moist and just delicious. You can almost put this together on a commercial break. Just a note, we love the icing so I double the icing recipe.
Pre heat oven to 350
Just mix:
2 cups of sugar
2 cups of flour
2 eggs
2 t. salt
2 t. vanilla
1 can of crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1/2 C. chopped pecans
pour into sheet cake pan and bake at 350 for 20-25 min.
Icing
2 cups of powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter
4 oz of cream cheese
2 t. of vanilla
Mix in bowl and spread on cake while it is warm.
