And tilapia is a nice fish!
I love grilled tilapia on a bun with lettuce, tomato and good old home made tartar sauce

So did you do it?

We had fish and chips tonight, with some steamed fresh asparagus from the garden on the side (sorry no pics).

I like pretty well all fish from bland sole to smoked mackerel.

Sadly I don't eat it often enough.

man, i got everything ready and realized i had no buns. How LAME is that?! I'll make em tonight. I picked up some pretty sweet buns yesterday. :]

I love me some asparagus! And yes, all fish is great - if done properly. I really like catfish, but its super easy to eff it up. If i wanted my food to taste like mud, id eat mud. lol
