Boise, Idaho. Here you have the city of trees, the Boise Greenbelt with bike and walking trails all along the Boise River, great fishing, Bogus Basin Ski resort, tons of good places to eat, many summer outdoor activities and events, and of course, Boise State football.
I don't live there, but hope to someday.

Oooo let me think...
Besides the many cities I've been to around the world...
DC for the memorials (not to live there).
NYC for the city.
Spokane for the lakes and landscapes.
San Fransisco for the Girrideli choclate.
The Dalles, Oregon for my home; nothing like home.

QUOTE FROM ABOVE LINK:

The City of Lewisburg extends a most cordial welcome to our many guests.

Lewisburg, nestled in the heart of the Greenbrier Valley, is the county seat
and offers visitors a unique shopping experience, elegant (or casual) dining,
and an opportunity to explore its history.

In addition, a wide array of outdoor adventures awaits-hiking, biking, camping,
caving, canoeing, fishing and even cross-country skiing!

Our friendly town boasts a low crime rate, award-winning galleries, live theater, and much more.

If we're talking strictly city. Definitely NYC. Love going up there for a day.
