Not so fast. I moderate many forums where both sides have the ability to air their views, and as long as the thread remains civil, it can last indefinitely.
I'm sorry if some are offended by the manner in which I address the "duly-elected" president of the USA.
But, I spent 23 years serving to defend YOUR and my right to speak freely of my beliefs.
I deeply love this nation and the constitution that gives us the freedom to speak freely. I deeply respect the OFFICE of the President of the United State. But, I am deeply offended by the current occupant who shows nothing but disdain for the oath he took and is totally unfit to hold the position.
So, as long as he continues to besmirch the laws of this land and seeks to be a tyrant. I will continue to use certain non-profane epithets to describe my feelings.
You only got 2 more years and this President will be outta there,
Personally i dont see him as being much different than any politician, they come they do the best they can and they go letting history decide on their overall merits in office.
Generally i steer clear of politics as discussions tend to be long on opinion and short on facts, and not much is accomplished by airing political opinions.
Religion is another topic i tend to avoid.
As someone who has studied several religions, it always surprises me how little most ministers know about their own religion. They are always quoting Bible verses wrong.
