Don't know if I would consider that as art. But, it's a matter of opinion and personal taste. Except for the last pic with the female face on two sides of a building. I like that one.

That pic I was impressed not just with the subject but with the fact of being able to get proportions, etc correct while going around a right angle. Bow-wow.

The one that you guys like is my favorite also, but the other grafitti is also really well executed and obviously condoned by the company that own the building.

They have added a certain vibrancy to what used to be nothing but crumbling walls.

Urban renewal at it's finest imo.
