I need more parameters. Winter, summer, Gas, electric, water, sewer?
It's all over the board.
If you just want rates per therm, KW, etc.

Really, for the most accurate study, you need to only go by the kWh (Killowatt) rating per county. I live in Hays County, TX. and supposedly the electricity here is cheaper than most in the US. We have alot of corporations(that are electric hogs) moving here.. My rate at my house is "base power cost @ .07208/kHw." My total usage was 3,799 Khw My bill was 369.00.. My house is 3500 sq feet and I have a 5 ton unit and a 4 ton unit plus all electric appliances.. The Garage apt/office has a huge window unit that also runs all day. I also have an RV attached to the house that I do run the AC in there but only to keep it below 90 degrees.. anything more and the heat kills the interior...

30 Miles east of Detroit.

1000 sq ft. house

Gas: 61.00 per month (averaged over 12 months)
Electric: 240.00 per month (averaged over 12 months)
Water: 71.00 every three months.

Keep in mind, I make no attempts to save energy.

I have about 13 computers / servers running 24/7 and use the A/C and heat VERY liberally.

I lived in a 4 bedroom and two bath apartment in Charlottesville, Virginia. I had three other roommates. Every month our utilities would be around $65 for water and $114 for electricity. The electricity would fluctuate a bit depending how much we used the heat or AC.
