Moving to Fort Stewart area.. need some pointers

I am moving to Fort Stewart (in the Army), and don't want to live on post. Can I get some pointers of areas to move to and what ones to avoid? Remember I have Military BAH so the rich fancy areas wont do so well with Enlisted BAH. Thanks ahead of time, Gregg
