Flip Force Gymnastics is holding the second annual Greensboro Gymnastics Invitational on Feb. 11th. through 13th. at the Greensboro Coliseum Special Events Center.

The event will have Men's Gymnastics, Women's Gymnastics, Power Tumbling and AAU competitions. The Elite & Level 10 competitions are scheduled to begin at Noon on Saturday. There is also an opening ceremony Friday evening, featuring local entertainment and Chris Young, 1999 World Championship Team member. You are invited to view this from the Sponsors & Special Guests Reception overlooking the arena.

With over 1500 Athletes from over 64 Gyms and 8 States, we hope you will be able to attend.

To be honest I don't recall the name. Churchill's I think. It's directly acroos the street and up some steps from the Sushi bar. Natty's is always crowded... don't forget Grey's next door either.

McCouls is great, awesome outdoor patio and usually great service.

Pipe and Pint is a craft beer store that sells cigars, too. They have a really unique atmosphere. They just moved to Spring Garden Road near its intersection with Hewitt.
