I like Silver Bay .... But then again, I am fairly budget minded! I haven't tried their Blue Ocean location... They are pretty good, especially if you like fried.

Well, Silver Bay is probably my favorite... Affordable but good. Others must think so because it does pretty well. I would recommend it.
