It's in the U.K. The U.K. is not part of the E.U., so it's not in Europe as far as the Irish are concerned.

Last time I looked, the continent was still called Europe.
If you're speaking German, then Europe is Europa, but not in English.
Europa is also one of Jupiter's moons, and I'm pretty sure Dublin isn't located there
