Looks eerily similar to Charleston, WV., yet never before noticed the tilt.
Unsure of the Business aspect.
Ya got it.......told you it was an easy one.......the tilt is in the camera angle as I drove by.....probably one of the only domes that has real "gold" for paint.

It was originally all gold, but in recent years they painted the contrast blue....said they used gold sheets for the original painting.
