DUDE!!!

If your keg is completely intact, then you can AVOID cutting it and actually turn it into a fermentation vessel (for your 10 gallon batches now)

This would be the best application IMO (and the easiest)

Keg conv

Before you start cutting you will want to release preasure. Drill a small hole first and let all the presure release. if you do not you will shoot hot shardes of metal in your face!!!!

Some food grade vessels are sometimes available from local carbonated beverage/soda/pop manufacturers. They get bulk syrup in these containers and they are usually very cheap.
