It's been a long time since I visited the shoreline in Ocean View, Va. Has it grown since 2003. A famous fishing peir had been destroyed due to a storm when last there.
It has definately gotten a lot better. The city has bought up a lot of the trashy places and built condos and new businesses. It's not 100% yet but it is much better
