Wow, is this a permanent move for you? And is is quite the culture shock coming from the West coast? I know it took some getting used to for me (Im from AZ originally) and I lived in Cali for a while as well.

been here at the beach since 1978 when I got out of the service. Did the marrying thing, raised 3 great kids and have lives here ever since, but will soon pack up and head west to Washington state....I miss the mountains, the sounds, the pacific storms...and won't miss the petty politics and naysayers that seem to abound. Get's tedious after awhile.
