I've read that natural honey that contains small amounts of Pollen from flowers can be a good anti-histamine. I'm attempting to put this theory to the test as my summer allergies just kicked in. I try not to overload my body with medicine, so it's either suffer through it, or eat more honey. I choose honey.

Yes, the honey farm where the honey was made from is about 35 miles away from my house. This is the stuff I bought, if anyone is interested.
