I bike all year long, almost everyday. It forces me to exercise on days I wouldn't normally want to. Or, if the weather is really bad, I still have to walk to a bus stop. Plus, it helps relieve stress because I never have to sit in gridlock traffic!
My normal workout schedule is 5 days a week. With rest days on Sunday and Wednesday. I lift for about 30-45 minutes and then do cardio between 20-40 minutes. I try as hard as I can to eat clean and organic at least 5-6 times a day. It takes a good deal of prep work, but if you want to see results in the gym you need to eat the proper foods, take the proper vitamins and supplements. Also during spring, summer & fall to switch up the cardio I ride my mountain bike locally and hike. During the winter months when we have snow, which we have plenty of this year, I snowshoe, get a nice fast pace going and a good sweat...talk about a great workout.

changed up and started crossfit. So I do 3 days on, 1 off per their schedule. On off days, I'll go to the gym and shoot hoops or kick a ball around in the basement. Soccer starts at the end of this month so I will have to modify it a bit to accommodate that.
