To those with small children...what time do you exercise?

How do you squeeze it in your day? I'm thinking early in the morning before anyone wakes is the only time I would have the energy.

You got it, my work has a weight room, I go in an hour early three times a week, if I don't it kills my energy level.

We have a 4 year old and a 1 year old. My wife takes the early morning shift, and goes to the gym while I get the girls ready and take them to daycare. I take the evening shift and work out while my wife gets the girls into bed. I mostly run outside, so I don't have to go to the gym while it's open.

My wife walks in the evenings, I left that out, she uses it as her "Me time".
