Would anyone be up for a future GEO Jeepin' Event? If there is enough interest I will get an official geocaching event together.

Sure, I don't discriminate! Maybe I will change it to a 4x4 Geocaching Event if we get enough people interested.

Ok so I am brainstorming right now about this Jeep and 4x4 Event. I am thinking about a game where if we can get at least 6 vehicles to go meet up as a specific place (Ground Zero for the Event Cache) and split up into 3 groups of 2. Each team would have say 3 hours to go get as many caches as possible before returning to the Event Cache GZ. Of course this is all just for fun and is on the Honor system, but it would be a good family fun event where you get to know some fellow Cachers. Any ideas are very much welcomed. I thought about the whole idea of having 6 vehicles with probably more than one person all at one cache and it didn't seem like a fun idea. Lets make this happen!!

We have done events in the past and the best way to verify each cache is with a picture on each cache. This wont take but a few extra seconds to do. another Idea is to go to a off road park and do temp caches on the trails some easy some hard . I will be glad to set them up. That way you combine off roading and caching togather. Then after its over have a bbq or something.

I just wanted to let everyone know about an upcoming Geocache Event put on by our Caching Group South East Texas Gang. Here is a link to it.
