I personally have no problem with this. There is no expectation of privacy for a police helicopter to fly over someone's back yard, so why would there be for a drone? As far as looking inside uncovered windows, again, there is no expectation of privacy if the illegal substances are able to be viewed through an open window. Bottom line, stay legal or close your curtains.
